I attended my friend’s baraat where I experienced the services of Rajdhani Band. I was so impressed that I decided to book them for my own baraat. My experience was amazing. Although the buggy operator requested a small shagun, it’s quite normal for such occasions, as you usually plan for these additional expenses during weddings.
We thoroughly enjoyed the baraat. Everything was on time, which allowed us to complete all the wedding rituals smoothly and finish on time. The punctuality of the band is remarkable because if the band arrives late, it delays everything else in the wedding.

I had been searching for a good band for my son’s wedding for several days, looking for one near my home. After exploring various options, I came across this band. I spoke to Mr. Ram Nawal and shared our requirements—our ghurchari was to take place in Noida, and the baraat needed to reach The Anmol Convention Sector 74A Gurgaon.
I’m really happy with how smoothly everything went. The ghurchari and baraat were both perfectly on time, which impressed me. The quality of their services was exactly as promised. Initially, we were a bit anxious because we had a bad experience with a different band in the past—they arrived late and didn’t provide several things they had committed to.

Step 3: Receive Your Booking Bill
Once you’re happy with the package and pricing, confirm your booking with an advance payment. Your booking is then officially secured.
Step 4: Get a Dedicated Manager
Our dedicated manager takes care of coordination, logistics, services, crew and timing—so you don’t have to manage multiple team members individually.
Step 5: Smooth Baraat Coordination
When your baraat begins, our manager coordinates every member of the team. The manager also shares regular updates with company owner through WhatsApp, keeping them informed throughout the event so that your baraat runs smoothly and according to plan.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Baraat
Once your baraat is completed, the team wraps up the booked services and leaves the venue as planned. If you have booked any additional requirements, such as keeping the team for the vidai, our team stays until those services are completed.

Frequently Asked
Questions
We require 25% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining amount can be paid as agreed at the time of booking.
Your booking bill includes all the important details of your booking, so everything is clear and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. It includes your name and mobile number, wedding date, venue and timing, selected band dress, number of dhols, buggy or vintage car, lighting and other selected services. It also mentions the total booking amount, advance payment received, and remaining balance. This gives you a complete record of what has been booked and the agreed payment details.
Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable, and the advance payment is non-refundable. However, the advance can be adjusted against a future function for you or your family/relatives, subject to our terms.
Contact your booking manager as soon as possible. We will check availability for the new date and guide you through the available options.
Additional services may be added subject to availability. Any changes to the package should be discussed with your booking manager.
No, you do not need to provide food for our band members, regardless of how late your baraat takes place. Our band members will not ask you to arrange food for them.
However, if you request 5 band members to stay back specifically for the vidaai, you will need to provide either:
Food for those 5 band members, or ₹1,100 for all 5 members instead of arranging food.
For the regular baraat service, no food is required for any band member.
